Staff Development - Conducting staff training and coaching on topics such as decision making, crisis management, leadership, and multiculturalism
Board Development - Identifying, recruiting, and training the people equipped to develop and support a non-profit organization's mission
Leadership Development - Conducting training and coaching with key volunteers and staff to teach them to set goals and inspire the organization to accomplish them
